The inspiration behind Sophia Sessions is from a specific and particular higher angel request. Information received from an important download requests this open forum free from a rigid preset agenda. This is the first of a kind and therefore without foreknowledge about topics covered. Sophia Sessions are for those intrigued in an open and free-flowing discussion on what ever moves participants to discuss. This is the first of it's kind unique opportunity for those wanting to introduce new topics, clarify previous topics, ask random Q & A's, and everything in between.

There is no prerequisite for Sophia Sessions welcoming students from all walks of life and all levels of skill—which means you don’t need to already work in spirituality to begin.​​

Meet the Teacher
Sophia-Grace is a distinguished recipient of a Marion Woodman Foundation Leadership Program Scholarship, Professional Therapist in Private Practice, and Professional Intuitive Practitioner specializing in bridging the psyche, soma, soul, and cosmos.
She specializes in dream analysis to facilitate clients connecting their inner life with their bodies through embodied psychotherapy, art, and somatic experiences.
Sophia first began working with Marion Woodman, Ann Skinner, Mary Hamilton and what became BodySoul Rhythms 24 years ago.
